We created Villa Vacance to offer you the best holiday experience and share special moments with your family or friends, whatever your destination. We are a specialist in the rental of luxury holiday apartments, villas and chalets throughout Europe.
You own a villa, apartment or a chalet with an excellent finish and luxurious features at a holiday location? We will help you achieve successful rental results. By successful we mean 10 - 25 weeks of rental per year.
A good return does depend on a number of factors, including the position within Google's search results. We put a lot of effort into online marketing (Google Ads) so we create visibility all over the world.
We will take care of all that is required from letting your property; we will market your property internationally, take care of all communication with clients, supervise and take care of all payments and liaison between the client and you or your property manager.
Your wishes are key in letting your property;

- All bookings are on request and will be submitted to you for approval
- We do not ask for exclusivity, which we believe "should" be earned
